General Terms & Conditions

Throughout this site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to “Mum and Dad Tours”. We do our best to maintain up-to-date information, however from time to time this may be difficult. Our “Guarantee to Go” policy is designed to give you peace of mind as we only require a minimum of ONE booking for the confirmed departure of a tour. It does not, however, cover events that may arise beyond our control, or which may cause safety or legal issues. In the event of a non-departure, a full refund will be given.
