Tour pick-ups & drop-offs

A. We have three convenient pick up locations at Hadndorf, North Adelaide, and Rundle Mall.

A. Good question! We know it can be confusing in a strange city to know if you’re in the right spot. Don’t panic. We have put up a Mum and Dad Tours sticker at each location and will send you easy-to-follow directions before the day.

A. Unfortunately we are unable to make hotel pick-ups, however our central city pick-up location is easily accessible by public transport and a short walking distance from most city hotels.

A. Unfortunately we are not able to do drop-offs at individual hotels due to working time constraints, however our drop-off location is very central to most Adelaide hotels and is right outside bus and tram stops in the city.

About the bus & tour

A. Not a problem. Our tours are not dedicated to wine experiences. We include sightseeing, historical spots and important landmarks as well. You’ll also be able to enjoy some amazing local produce on all our tours.

A. Our tours will take between 8½ to 9 hours depending on numbers, traffic and weather conditions.

A. Unfortunately due to Australian laws, only children 7 years and older are able to ride on board. Children 15 years and older will pay the adult fare.

A. Lunch is not included in the cost of the tour unless you booked it in advance on our Barossa tour. However, you will find plenty of good value options available for lunch at most of our destinations.

A. Yes. You’re more than welcome to bring your own lunch. You will find plenty of nice sitting areas on our tours where you can eat your lunch if you pack your own, however we ask that you do not consume food or drink on the bus (water excepted).

A. No. Unfortunately our bus is not licensed and therefore it is against the law to consume any alcohol on board.

A. Yes. Water is available for purchase on board the bus, however you are also welcome to bring your own bottle with you.

A. Unfortunately we are not able to take luggage on any day tour. Day tour buses do not have luggage compartments and, by law, we are not allowed to carry luggage in the passenger compartment. You will need to make arrangements with the hotel you have stayed in.
